Konrad is a digital consultancy that builds digital products and solves business problems for global clients. This Data Analyst role sits in the Digital team, with the internal title Specialist, Digital, and is based in Gurgaon. Day to day, the analyst works with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers and designers on dashboards, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking and data quality checks. There is also exposure to wider consulting areas such as product development and UX. It suits an early-to-mid career analyst who wants to grow technical and consulting skills.

What you'll do
- Translate business questions into analytical requirements with client and internal teams
- Analyze data for trends, patterns and insights under senior guidance
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
- Document metrics, definitions and analytics processes
- Support data modeling and reporting layers with data engineers and analysts
- Present insights through visualizations, summaries and presentations
What you need
- 2+ years in a data analyst, BI or analytics role
- Programming experience in Python, Bash, R or a similar language
- Working SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift or BigQuery
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, plus A/B testing and causal analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
