What a Campus Lead does
- Shares the day's best openings in 2–3 class or department WhatsApp groups, with a personal link
- Adds the Hirastra channel to their groups' description, so classmates find it
- Tells us about off-campus drives they hear of (optional)

Is this a paid role?
No. It's a voluntary programme with the perks above, and it never costs you anything. Hirastra never asks students for money.
How much time does it take?
About 5 minutes a day: share the day's best openings in your class groups using your personal link. No targets, no selling.
Who can apply?
Students of any branch, in any year. Second- and third-year students who are active in class or department groups are ideal. Up to 2–3 leads per college.
How does the leaderboard work?
Your personal link counts how many students visit Hirastra and join our WhatsApp channel through you. Colleges are ranked by those numbers each month. We never see who the students are.
How are leads chosen?
We read every application and reply on WhatsApp within 2–3 days. We look for students who can reach real class groups and care about helping classmates.
