We're a small team. We started Hirastra because good fresher jobs are hard to find, often hidden on company career pages, and too many students pay people who promise jobs. We don't run ads, and we never charge students. Hirastra only grows when someone like you tells a friend.

Posting our message in your class or college WhatsApp group, or sending it to at least 5 friends. One screenshot showing it is enough.
When will my name show?
We check every screenshot by hand, usually within a day. Once approved, your first name and initial (and your college, if you added it) appear on hirastra.com for 24 hours.
How are monthly picks chosen?
At the end of each month the Hirastra team picks a few people who helped the most, based on their shares. It isn't a lucky draw, and there's never anything to pay.
Is a referral guaranteed?
No. Referrals depend on real openings and on your profile. For monthly picks we'll try to connect you with people in our network who can refer you, but we can't promise one.
What happens to my screenshot and email?
The screenshot is only used to check your share, and we delete it once we've reviewed it. Your email is only used to contact you if you're picked. We never sell or share it.
