What you'll do

  • Manage intake and tracking of customer security questionnaires and compliance requests
  • Route requests to the right subject matter experts and follow up to meet SLAs
  • Maintain records of questionnaire status and completion metrics
  • Support the use of approved AI tools for tracking, documentation and reporting
  • Prepare monthly project status updates and follow up on action items and milestones
  • Join special audit, compliance and security activities as assigned

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, AIML or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to use approved AI tools with awareness of data privacy and security
  • Basic proficiency in a coding language such as Python
