Associate IS Engineer - Veeva Vault
About this role
This role is in Amgen's Information Systems team in Hyderabad, working on the Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm platforms. The engineer designs, develops and maintains applications and enhancements on these systems and keeps them available and performing well. Work includes custom reports, SDKs and interfaces, testing under GxP validation and change control, and monitoring and incident response. It involves close work with product managers, designers and QA. The position requires working evening or night shifts, as assigned. It suits people with 2 to 5 years of information systems experience and Veeva Vault knowledge.

What you'll do
- Design, develop and implement applications, modules, custom reports, SDKs, interfaces and enhancements in Vault PromoMats and MedComm
- Run day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Vault applications
- Translate functional and technical requirements into design specifications
- Write unit and integration tests following IS change control and GxP validation
- Integrate Vault with other systems and platforms for seamless data flow
- Maintain documentation of designs, code and development processes
What you need
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of Information Systems or related experience
- Experience with Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm, including configuration and custom builds
- Experience managing and validating systems in GxP regulated environments
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar languages
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum, and Git
- Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or equivalent Vault certification
- Willingness to work second or third shift (2:00pm–10:00pm IST or 10:00pm–7:00am IST)
