About this role
This role is in BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) team, which handles portfolio construction and asset allocation, and sits within the Models Infrastructure group in Gurugram. The analyst contributes hands-on to technology solutions supporting the Models platform, turning business needs from investment and technology partners into production-ready tools. Work covers automating processes, improving data access and distribution, supporting releases and resolving production issues. It suits a computer science graduate with 1-3 years of Python and React experience and an interest in financial services. The office requirement is at least 4 days a week.

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strategic tools for Models Enablement
- Build and maintain scripts and tools for end-to-end models data workflows
- Own model data gathering and distribution to stakeholders
- Gather and analyse business requirements to improve processes and systems
- Triage and resolve production issues and maintain runbooks
- Support and execute UAT testing across release cycles
What you need
- Computer Science degree/B.E/B.Tech or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Python and React
- Strong hands-on development in Python, Streamlit and Flask
- Strong hands-on React and understanding of API design
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in asset management or financial services with exposure to multiple asset classes
