What you'll do

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs such as GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA and Mistral for generation, summarization, translation and Q&A
  • Work with transformer architectures, including self-attention, token embeddings and interpretability
  • Implement custom tokenization, text embedding models and inference optimisations
  • Apply prompt engineering and prompt tuning to improve model responses
  • Build AI applications with LangChain and other LLM orchestration frameworks
  • Build RAG pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate and ChromaDB

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, machine learning or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in MLOps, ML engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, software engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain and OpenAI APIs
  • Knowledge of scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM and strong NLP skills such as NER, topic modeling and embeddings
  • Understanding of model serving, including REST APIs and real-time inference
