What you'll do
- Build and enhance application features following development standards
- Develop Salesforce and ETL solutions for banking operations challenges
- Analyze application issues and implement suitable solutions
- Write, test and debug code to meet design specifications
- Recommend improvements to system effectiveness and reliability
- Identify and escalate control issues and keep solutions compliant with policy
What you need
- 2-5 years of experience in application development, programming or software debugging
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language
- Familiarity with industry development standards and practices
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Salesforce, ETL or banking operations exposure is beneficial but not required
