What you'll do

  • Manage Salesforce improvement projects end to end, from gathering requirements to testing
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative automation, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports
  • Handle user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles and permissions
  • Resolve user support tickets and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
  • Keep data clean, fix inaccuracies and run bulk data management
  • Build and analyze reports for sales and sales management, and support deal desk processes

What you need

  • 0-5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar analytical field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
  • Working knowledge or academic study of SQL Server/SQL is preferred
  • Ability to travel 0-10% annually in the U.S.
