What you'll do
- Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance
- Identify data patterns and trends and provide insights for business decision making
- Recommend actions for future developments, business opportunities and operational policy enhancements
- Perform exploratory, confirmatory and/or qualitative analysis as needed
- Translate data into customer behavioral insights for targeting and segmentation and communicate findings to partners and senior leaders
- Evaluate new data sources, tools and capabilities to improve processes and strategies
What you need
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, advanced SQL and GenAI tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members
