About this role
Commure builds an AI platform for healthcare covering clinical documentation, patient workflow agents and revenue cycle management. This India-based Data Operations Analyst role sits between QBR technical support and RCM data analysis. The analyst creates and improves QBR decks, runs custom SQL and Excel analyses for clients, and checks that revenue data from EHR systems is ingested accurately. It suits detail-oriented analysts with at least a year of data analysis, QA or reporting experience.

What you'll do
- Run daily deck automations and own direct connect decks end to end with full QA
- Build custom and strategic QBR decks with tailored slides and SQL/Excel analysis
- Support ad hoc client analysis and build Retool dashboards where applicable
- Validate that revenue transaction reports are correctly ingested from EHR systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop and run QA test plans and document results
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant data handling and work with engineering and operations to improve processes
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, quality assurance or technical reporting
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Quantitative reasoning to spot inconsistencies in metrics
- High attention to detail
