What you'll do
- Analyze the impact of upgrades using release notes and code changes
- Debug custom and base code and provide workarounds or solutions to implementation teams or customers
- Use Duck Creek upgrade tools to generate differential analysis and low-impact upgrade paths
- Use AI-driven tools to find automation opportunities in upgrade and certification work
- Build utilities or automate processes to speed up upgrades
- Triage issues with customers and inform the Technical Lead and Project Manager of risks to schedules
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in system development and implementation
- Implementation experience in a Duck Creek Billing product and basic knowledge of billing concepts
- Hands-on development with C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT and REST/SOAP APIs
- SQL query development, stored procedures and database troubleshooting
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
