About this role
Enviri is a global environmental services company, and its Global Shared Services centre handles finance, HR, IT helpdesk and market research support for the group. The Service Desk Analyst is first-line technical support for end users. The role involves logging, prioritising, resolving or escalating incidents and service requests within agreed service levels. Work covers desktops, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, access and identity support, and basic infrastructure monitoring. It suits someone with 1-2 years of helpdesk experience who communicates clearly with non-technical users.

What you'll do
- Log, categorize, prioritize and resolve or escalate incidents and service requests
- Support desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices and business applications remotely or on-site
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams and OneDrive
- Handle account, password, MFA and access requests using Entra ID, Active Directory and VPN
- Monitor servers, backups and network alerts with approved tools
- Write and update knowledge articles and keep accurate ticket records
What you need
- Graduate (BSc, MCA etc.) or BTech or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of customer-facing support for desktop hardware, operating systems and business applications
- Experience with an IT service management or help-desk platform
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Understanding of endpoint management, patching and endpoint protection
- Troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, VPN and remote access
