About this role
Equifax is a global data, analytics and technology company, and this Software Engineer I role is a .NET developer position in its Trivandrum or Pune analytics centre. What you'll do
- Develop applications, write unit tests and deploy code using .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC and GCP
- Maintain and enhance high-scale applications from backend to UI
- Apply modern practices such as serverless, microservices, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Triage, debug and resolve product or system issues
- Document code and processes
- Take part in estimation, planning, story grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives
What you need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field
- 1-3 years of overall IT experience
- 1+ years with C#, MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, WCF, Web API, Entity Framework and JavaScript
- 1+ years with cloud technology (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- 1+ years with source control (SVN/Git, GitHub), CI/CD and infrastructure as code
