What you'll do
- Manage and support production services hosted on AWS
- Take part in on-call rotations, incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code
- Support production deployments, releases and disaster recovery initiatives
- Create operational runbooks and drive post-incident corrective actions
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- 2-5 years in SRE, DevOps, cloud operations or production support
- Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM)
- Linux administration and networking fundamentals including DNS and load balancing
- Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana or Prometheus
- Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell, and understanding of CI/CD tools
