What you'll do

  • Design, build and optimize mission-critical applications in small, product-focused teams
  • Engineer scalable, reliable high-performance systems while working directly with business and technology stakeholders
  • Orchestrate pipelines that process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from live streams
  • Apply AI, machine learning and statistical techniques to build tools for idea generation, risk management and predictive analytics
  • Maintain code quality, performance tuning and security as part of a DevSecOps culture
  • Experiment with emerging technologies such as generative AI and GPU computing

What you need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, expected in 2026
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++ or similar
  • Familiarity with software development tools and methods such as Git and JIRA
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of a team, with professionalism and integrity
