What you'll do
- Support administration of Microsoft Purview and CrowdStrike Falcon Data Protection, including policy setup, testing and rollout
- Assist with creating, testing and tuning DLP policies across endpoint, email, M365, browser and cloud channels
- Support insider risk monitoring and review of risk scenarios such as data exfiltration
- Triage data protection alerts, document findings and escalate complex issues
- Prepare recurring reports, metrics and documentation for governance and audit readiness
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, IT, HR, Legal and Privacy stakeholders
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, IT support, systems administration, compliance or a related field
- Exposure to data protection, DLP, Microsoft security technologies or endpoint security
- Basic understanding of information security, data classification and exfiltration channels
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks and escalate appropriately
