What you'll do
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for business applications
- Investigate and troubleshoot application, database and system issues
- Join incident bridge calls and help restore service
- Handle user incidents, service requests and operational queries
- Monitor application health and respond to alerts
- Document resolutions and escalate issues with timely updates to stakeholders
What you need
- 0-2 years of experience in application support
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation
- Understanding of web applications, .NET architecture, IIS and networking basics (DNS, ports, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Knowledge of incident management, service requests and basic ITIL/ITSM processes
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
