About this role
This role is in the KPI Monitoring Team within the Non API Integrations group of Mastercard's Open Finance business (Finicity), based in Navi Mumbai. The analyst watches business and operational KPIs and production systems, investigates alerts and incidents, and analyses data to find trends and anomalies. Work includes root cause analysis, building dashboards and reports in tools like Splunk and Tableau, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders. The position requires 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. It suits someone with analytics or production support experience and strong SQL and troubleshooting skills.

What you'll do
- Monitor applications, services and key business KPIs using monitoring tools and detect anomalies
- Investigate alerts and incidents and escalate critical issues to stakeholders
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using logs and performance metrics
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Create and maintain Splunk searches, dashboards and automated alerts
- Participate in incident bridges and post-incident reviews and recommend process improvements
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, monitoring, production support, operations or incident management
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
- Skills in Splunk, Tableau, Snowflake and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Dynatrace, incident management and escalation
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends, public holidays and on-call
