About this role
Micron's AI Operations Center of Excellence helps teams across the global IT organization adopt AI. This Hyderabad role is the main contact for incoming AI requests and assesses each idea for feasibility, data readiness and value. The analyst also coordinates with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture and data governance teams to move use cases through governance review. The work involves stakeholders across regions and time zones, plus reporting on intake trends. It suits someone with 2-3+ years in business analysis, project coordination or technology consulting.

What you'll do
- Act as primary contact for AI requests from global IT organizations and capture objectives and success criteria
- Assess AI use cases for technical viability, data readiness, complexity and value
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture and data governance teams on reviews and approvals
- Align stakeholders across regions on scope, priorities and metrics
- Monitor intake demand and identify recurring patterns and reusable capabilities
- Support intake metrics, dashboards and improvement of intake frameworks and governance playbooks
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years in business analysis, project coordination, technology consulting or product support
- Experience gathering requirements, evaluating solutions and identifying risks and dependencies
- Experience working across regions, cultures or time zones
- Experience coordinating across multiple organizations
- Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML, generative and agentic AI, and governance frameworks like NIST or COSO
