About this role

What you'll do

  • Assist with designing, writing and testing code under detailed instructions
  • Assist with running automated tests and supporting software deployment
  • Help deliver software components in collaboration with the product team
  • Support integration and build of solutions through automation and coding using third-party software
  • Assist with writing and maintaining technical, end-user and operational documentation
  • Assist with refactoring code and reviewing code written by other developers

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Basic understanding of cloud services on AWS, GCP, Azure and Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python or Node.js
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and debugging
  • Entry-level experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Some knowledge of SQL/NoSQL stores, containers (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD
  • Entry-level experience in agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
