About this role
This is a full stack role in Nike's Global Technology organization at the India Technology Center, reporting to an Engineering Manager. The engineer builds and maintains front-end and back-end applications and cloud-native services. Day to day the work involves React interfaces, Node.js or Python APIs, NoSQL data storage, testing and CI/CD pipelines, alongside product managers, designers and architects in an Agile team. It suits an engineer with about a year of full stack experience who likes problem-solving in a collaborative setting.

What you'll do
- Build, test and maintain scalable web applications and services across front end and back end
- Implement responsive web interfaces using React
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices and backend services in Node.js, Python or similar
- Develop NoSQL databases for efficient storage and retrieval
- Write unit and integration tests and fix performance bottlenecks
- Maintain CI/CD integration and take part in Agile ceremonies
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer or similar
- Hands-on React or similar front-end skills
- Hands-on server-side programming in Node.js, Python or similar
- Experience with NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud, Git, and testing/TDD
