About this role
nVent's IT organization supports over 14,000 employees across manufacturing sites, offices and distribution centers. This graduate infrastructure role gives hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, networking and cybersecurity tools. You work alongside the Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Cybersecurity and Engineering teams, troubleshooting real business technology issues with mentorship. It suits fresh engineering graduates who like hardware and software troubleshooting and can explain technical topics to non-technical users.

What you'll do
- Support a global enterprise IT environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve real technology issues for business users
- Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID and IT service management tools
- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity teams
- Interact directly with end users to resolve desktop, laptop, printer and mobile device issues
What you need
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering
- Fresher level
- Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Windows and M365
- Troubleshooting of PC hardware and software issues
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) and strong communication skills
