About this role
Sabre provides travel technology and a reservations system used by airlines, hotels and agencies. The Product Support Analyst I is a front-line support role for customers hosted on the Sabre reservations system. The analyst investigates and replicates issues, resolves them and follows up on cases through different communication channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and working to service level agreements. It is based in Bangalore, covers multiple shifts including weekends and holidays, and suits graduates with analytical and customer service skills.

What you'll do
- Analyze customer issues and drive them to resolution under direct supervision
- Research and validate the application to help customers understand product functionality
- Work with advanced support, account management, implementation and development teams on maintenance issues
- Assess the impact of issues on customers and escalate when needed
- Keep customers and internal teams updated in line with SLAs
- Support operations across shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
What you need
- Graduate; technical experience desired
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good time management and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Nice to have: travel/airline background, reservation system, SQL, XML, API, ITIL or Salesforce experience
