What you'll do
- Learn networking, firewall and switch technologies, the product portfolio and test infrastructure
- Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and scenarios
- Identify, document, track and verify defects through the Software Testing Life Cycle
- Develop, maintain and run automated functional, system, CLI and API tests
- Analyze test results and failures and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Take part in root cause analysis, regression testing and release validation
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field
- 2-3 years of software QA experience, preferably with networking, firewall, switch or security products
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CLI/API automation using open-source tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with good communication
