What you'll do

  • Assist in planning and executing approved adversary simulation exercises across endpoints, identity, applications and cloud
  • Map procedures and findings to MITRE ATT&CK
  • Collect command output, screenshots, logs and timelines so findings are reproducible
  • Help maintain lab environments, test infrastructure and approved tooling
  • Use LLMs for authorized offensive security work and assess LLM-enabled systems for weaknesses
  • Document lessons learned and work within defined scope and engagement rules

What you need

  • 1 to 3 years in offensive security, penetration testing, Red Team or adversary simulation
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux internals, cloud security, AI/LLM and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Practical familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, Go, Rust or C#
  • Clear technical writing and evidence handling
  • Experience managing automated security testing tools
  • OSCP, CRTO/CRTP or similar certifications are nice to have
