What you'll do
- Monitor scheduled automation jobs and spot failed or incomplete runs
- Troubleshoot using logs and alerts, and recover jobs by following runbooks
- Log incidents and escalate deeper issues to L2 support
- Run regression testing and support UAT, deployments and hypercare
- Maintain PDDs, SDDs, runbooks and troubleshooting documentation
- Build or modify basic Power Automate workflows and Power Apps components
What you need
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA, automation development, application support or software development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate; exposure to Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse and SQL
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, scripting and relational databases
- Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot routine failures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow or similar tool exposure is desirable
