About this role

TransUnion's TruAudience Marketing Solutions team in Bengaluru is hiring an entry-level full stack engineer. The role covers customer-facing web applications, scalable backend services, data processing and AI-powered features such as search, chat and recommendations. You work with product managers, designers and other engineers, learning from experienced mentors. Tasks include building APIs and user interfaces, code reviews, debugging, automated testing and cloud deployment. It suits early-career engineers with solid CS fundamentals. The position is hybrid, with at least two days a week in an assigned TU office.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test and maintain web applications and services
  • Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks
  • Develop backend APIs, microservices and distributed systems, including JVM-based services
  • Contribute to data processing and analytics solutions and integrate AI-powered capabilities
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance optimization
  • Implement automated testing, CI/CD and cloud-native deployment practices

What you need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 0-2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, projects or research
  • Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design
  • Proficiency in at least one language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs and basic SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
