About this role

What you'll do
- Gather requirements, design, develop, test and release automation scripts in Python and Ansible
- Create, modify and automate operational reports
- Set up system and data integrations to improve or create processes
- Use Ansible orchestration and Python scripting to simplify high-volume or high-risk tasks
- Help develop standards and best practices for network automation solutions
- Design, code, test, debug and document projects
What you need
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of advanced scripting with Python, Ansible and YAML
- 2+ years developing and using RESTful APIs
- 2+ years of experience in a Linux environment
- 2+ years with source control such as Git/GitHub or SVN
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computers or electronics with 2+ years of networking or network automation experience
