What you'll do
- Handle incidents, service requests, device provisioning and hardware/software issues onsite
- Analyze technical queries and recommend resolutions for complex issues
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned issues through resolution or escalation
- Work with Service Desk, infrastructure, network and security teams for timely resolution
- Identify opportunities for automation, knowledge-base creation and reducing recurring incidents
- Provide support in shifts, weekends or extended hours as business needs require
What you need
- 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent through work, training or education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline (listed as desired)
- Proficient knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 (mandatory)
- Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and working knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Strong incident management and customer service skills
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts
