What you'll do
- Support a 24x7 operational environment across rotational shifts
- Perform Level 1 analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of application and infrastructure incidents
- Collect application logs and escalate cases to the Development team with clear context
- Track open issues, coordinate responses and help clients resolve problems
- Maintain a log of known issues and fixes, and write technical and operational procedure documents
- Contribute to client read-outs and join daily and weekly technical calls
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in proactive support and infrastructure/application monitoring
- Experience with Windows Server, .NET application support, IIS and Event Logs
- Basic networking and Azure Monitoring knowledge; intermediate SQL skills
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and basic ITIL knowledge
- Good written and verbal English and ability to present data with Power BI or Excel
