What you'll do
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex data and technical issues
- Monitor and optimize BI platform performance
- Investigate and resolve problems with data pipelines and run root cause analysis on significant incidents
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics and development teams on product issues
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Join on-call rotations and put in place measures to prevent recurring issues
What you need
- Bachelor's degree, in Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience, and 1+ years in BI or technical support roles
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS or SPSS
- Experience resolving complex issues, with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with BI and data engineering ticketing systems and support processes
