About this role
The FBA Placement team at Amazon builds the systems and seller-facing tools that decide how and where seller inventory enters Amazon's fulfillment network. The front-end engineer turns complex supply-chain choices about cost, delivery speed and capacity into simple web experiences for sellers. Work includes building features from design through launch, creating reusable UI components, and integrating with backend APIs. The engineer collaborates with UX designers, product managers, backend engineers and scientists. The role is in Bengaluru and suits engineers with a couple of years of front-end experience.

What you'll do
- Design, develop, test and launch web experiences for FBA sellers
- Work with UX designers and product managers to turn customer needs into technical solutions
- Build reusable UI components and patterns
- Integrate front-end apps with APIs and distributed backend services
- Deliver responsive, performant, secure and accessible experiences
- Improve quality through code reviews, automated testing and issue investigation, and mentor other engineers
What you need
- 2+ years of non-internship professional front-end, web or mobile development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
