What you'll do
- Provide technical support for Prime Video's core technology systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

What you need
- 2+ years of technical support experience

- Clear verbal and written communication of technical details
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Exposure to AI-powered tools for diagnostics, triage or operational support
- Proven root cause analysis skills that drive corrective action
