What you'll do
- Handle incoming system and service tickets across multiple products, features and services
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments
- Deliver logical, maintainable solutions to defined problems on time
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and set up new metrics and alarms for systems
- Build tools that improve operational efficiency
- Drive company-wide campaigns and keep compliance risks (SAS, Shepherd etc.) for ASCS systems under control
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C# or Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience automating, deploying and supporting infrastructure
- 1+ years of DevOps or SysOps experience in a large-scale software development environment
- Experience with automation, testing or monitoring framework development, and strong debugging skills
