Applied Materials
AI/ML Algorithm Developer
About this role
This role is in Applied Materials' Rocket team in Bangalore, which speeds up innovation on semiconductor manufacturing challenges. The algorithm developer builds systems that take in data from thousands of sensors, find physics-based relationships, and create predictive and control models. The approach blends first-principles physics with machine learning, including physics-informed neural networks. Work includes data pipelines, ML surrogate and reduced-order models, and software that connects to real manufacturing tools. It suits people with advanced training in physics, applied maths or engineering who also write solid production code.
Applied Materials is hiring for AI/ML Algorithm Developer, a full-time role based in Bengaluru.
