About this role
AppsFlyer's Partner Solutions team helps global partners implement and use the company's partner-facing technology in the mobile advertising ecosystem. The engineer, based in Bengaluru, advises on integrations, troubleshoots issues and coordinates with R&D, Product and Analysts. The role includes onboarding new partners to the product suite and feeding partner feedback into the product roadmap. It also expects using AI tools to find and drive automation of routine work. It suits people with technical support or integration experience in mobile, SaaS or adtech who communicate well.

What you'll do
- Provide technical consultation and support during integration implementation and updates, and troubleshoot related issues
- Solve complex technical issues in collaboration with R&D, Product and Analysts
- Coordinate, prioritise and monitor integration activities with business and delivery teams
- Help new partners learn the product suite and get full value from their integration
- Own specific technical domains and share feedback to guide product direction
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and help drive automation initiatives
What you need
- 2+ years as a Technical Engineer, Customer Support Engineer or Integration Engineer in a mobile, SaaS or adtech company
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions and lead technical discussions
- Experience with SQL and client-server architecture
- Self-motivated learner with a service-oriented mindset
