Evernorth, a division of The Cigna Group, builds pharmacy, care and benefits solutions. The AI Centre of Excellence team in Hyderabad is hiring a full-stack engineer to build AI platforms using LLMs and other generative AI capabilities. The work spans React-based user interfaces, APIs for platform integration, and ML and document-processing pipelines. The person works with business partners and IT teams in an Agile setup and supports solutions through the development life cycle. It suits engineers with a couple of years of experience and full-stack exposure; some overlap with US hours is expected.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement and deploy scalable AI solutions focused on privacy, security and fairness
  • Build AI platforms using LLMs and other Gen AI capabilities
  • Provide design solutions for portal integrations, enhancements and automation requests
  • Work with business partners and IT team members to understand system requirements
  • Monitor and maintain supported assets for performance, availability, security and capacity

What you need

  • Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
  • 2+ years of total experience
  • 1+ years of full-stack development (frontend, backend and cloud)
  • Skills in Python, JavaScript, Go and React
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (SageMaker, ECS, GitHub pipelines, MLOps)
  • Strong communication skills and experience with the software development life cycle
