What you'll do
- Support accessibility test planning, scenario preparation, execution and reporting
- Validate web and mobile journeys using keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom and colour contrast checks
- Identify barriers in focus order, labels, headings, forms, errors, links and navigation
- Log defects with steps, evidence, expected and actual results and user impact
- Take part in defect triage, retesting, regression testing and Agile ceremonies
- Maintain test cases, checklists, trackers and evidence
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, certification or training in IT, software testing, digital accessibility or a related area
- Training or hands-on exposure to accessibility testing, QA or assistive technology
- Foundational understanding of WCAG/POUR principles
- Basic familiarity with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack
- Basic knowledge of STLC, defect lifecycle and Agile ways of working
- Clear communication and willingness to follow defined processes and apply feedback
