About this role

CloudSEK is a cybersecurity product company whose platform monitors digital assets and detects threats using AI. This Bengaluru role owns the onboarding of new customers, acting as the link between Sales and Engineering. The engineer configures the platform for each customer, helps them integrate it with their security tools through APIs, and trains their teams. The role also feeds customer feedback back to Product and Engineering and helps build a repeatable onboarding process. It suits someone with technical implementation or customer onboarding experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.

What you'll do

  • Own customer onboarding from post-sales kickoff to go-live for XVigil, BeVigil and SVigil
  • Run discovery sessions and configure the platform (alert rules, keyword monitoring, asset inventory) to customer use cases
  • Guide API integrations with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing and threat intelligence tools, and troubleshoot issues with engineering
  • Design and deliver product training, playbooks, videos and knowledge-base content
  • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering
  • Support Sales Engineers in setting onboarding scope during pre-sales

What you need

  • 2–5 years in technical implementation, solutions engineering or customer onboarding, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat intelligence, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including reading documentation and debugging integrations
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple onboardings at once
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
