Associate Systems Engineer

What you'll do
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance and availability with AppDynamics, LogicMonitor and Azure Monitor
- Run health checks and performance tuning on SQL databases
- Oversee Windows servers and IIS, applying configurations and updates
- Provide first-level incident support and escalate to higher-level teams when needed
- Take part in root cause analysis and maintain documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams on upgrades and patches while minimizing downtime
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in systems monitoring and support
- Familiarity with AppDynamics, LogicMonitor and Azure Monitor
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and Windows Server/IIS administration
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Availability for 24x7 shifts (9 or 12 hours), including evenings, weekends and on-call rotations
