What you'll do

Design, develop and implement software applications to specification
Analyze designs and determine coding and integration work required
Design limited enhancements and updates for parts of end-user applications
Write portions of test plans and documentation, and debug code
Find performance improvements and optimize code
Provide maintenance, updates and bug fixes
Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer services and outsourced development partners

What you need

Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 2-4 years of experience in applications engineering or programming, or an advanced degree with little or no experience
Skills listed include Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, React.js and Angular
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure, DevOps and Agile
Programming language certification preferred
