What you'll do
- Work with customers and project teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical specifications
- Manage the day-to-day client ticketing queue, keep tickets updated and escalate when needed
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
- Support QA, UAT and production launches for customer engagements
- Collaborate with the product development team on platform functionality
- Prepare weekly client slides with project status snapshots
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of related experience (2 to 4 years for the G130 grade)
- Primary skills: troubleshooting, incident resolution, application support
- Secondary skills: ServiceNow, CloudOps, production support tools
- Working knowledge of support processes and environments
