What you'll do
- Evaluate and implement test automation frameworks and tools for functional, regression, performance and reliability testing
- Own automated test coverage for UI and API layers and publish results and recommendations
- Integrate AI capabilities such as self-healing locators and intelligent test generation into the automation framework
- Design scalable infrastructure to support the test automation team
- Assess which test cases can be automated and script them
- Work with global teams and travel to customer fabs to deploy software and troubleshoot
What you need
- Master's degree in CS or a related field with 0 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel and work across cultures
- Plus: background in IC processing or semiconductor equipment
- Plus: hands-on experience with automation tools
