What you'll do
- Support IT operations across operating systems, servers, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
- Provide 16/5 rotational on-call support, meet SLAs, classify incidents and manage escalations
- Troubleshoot issues, run incident and problem management and identify root causes
- Monitor system performance, review logs and analyse trends to improve uptime
- Implement process and technology improvements for engineering tools and workflows
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve reporting, ticket analysis and knowledge management
What you need
- Fresh graduate; 0 years of experience accepted
- Linux and Windows knowledge is mandatory
- Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift, RH Satellite, Zabbix and Jenkins
- Exposure to virtual machines, containers and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Willingness to do 16/5 rotational on-call support
- Ability to learn new tools through knowledge transfer and self-study
