About this role
MongoDB's CRM engineering team builds and improves the Salesforce platform that supports its global Sales organization. The intern works with experienced engineers and product partners in Gurugram to create scalable CRM capabilities. Work includes building Salesforce features, debugging and deploying solutions, and joining Agile ceremonies. The internship is full-time for 10 consecutive weeks from June to August, with 3 to 5 days a week in the office. It suits computer science or related students interested in Salesforce and business systems.

What you'll do
- Design, build, test and document Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative tools
- Collaborate with product managers and business partners to improve CRM usability for Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams
- Help debug, deploy and maintain scalable solutions and take part in peer reviews and design discussions
- Take part in standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Research Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, automation and AI-enabled development tools and share improvement ideas
What you need
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- At least one quarter/semester of university studies remaining after the internship ends
- Interest in Salesforce engineering, CRM platforms or business systems integration
- Problem-solving mindset and clear communication
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM, and understanding of databases, APIs or data integration, are a plus
