What you'll do

  • Deploy, configure and test OpenGov cloud software against documented customer requirements
  • Own customer data migration, including schema management, ETL configuration and scripting
  • Map, transform and upload customer data to produce the intended application behaviour
  • Build and run test scenarios to validate configuration and migrated data before go-live
  • Guide government finance, budget and IT staff through deployment and integration
  • Troubleshoot configuration and data issues and work with project management, customer success, data/integration and product teams

What you need

  • 0 to 1 year of SQL scripting experience
  • 0 to 1 year of Python or similar scripting experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, including v-lookup, pivot tables and report formatting
  • Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to validate and reconcile data
  • Advantage: experience with databases and ETL or data-migration tools
