What you'll do
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to find trends and business opportunities, including EDA, feature engineering and data quality checks
- Build, evaluate, optimize and monitor machine learning and statistical models under senior team members' guidance
- Support deployment and maintenance of AI/ML solutions in production
- Prototype Generative AI and LLM use cases, including prompt engineering and basic RAG
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPI tracking using BI tools
- Work with business teams and Data Engineers, and document methods, experiments and code
What you need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative field
- 1+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning or related roles
- Experience with EDA, data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Good understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms and data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
