Piramal Critical Care is a business unit of Piramal Pharma that makes inhaled anesthetics and hospital generics for markets around the world. This trainee role sits in the Information Technology department at Kurla, Mumbai, and supports senior IT leaders in rolling out and driving adoption of AI across the organization. Day to day, the work involves tracking AI projects, preparing charters, status reports and leadership presentations, training end users, writing user manuals, and managing AI licences. The role also helps with data needs for AI use cases and some hands-on testing and troubleshooting of AI tools. It suits engineering, IT or business graduates who are organized, communicate well in English and want to learn AI tools.

What you'll do

  • Support senior IT executives and leadership in driving AI implementation and adoption
  • Coordinate and track AI projects through trackers, action items, timelines and status reports, following up with stakeholders
  • Prepare project charters, presentations and status updates for leadership and governance reviews
  • Train end users on AI tools and build user manuals, quick-reference guides and adoption materials
  • Manage AI tool licensing and subscriptions, including allocations, renewals and user provisioning
  • Support data requirements for AI use cases and assist with configuration, testing and troubleshooting of AI tools

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT or Business Administration
  • 0–2 years in IT coordination, project support or business analyst roles (internships count)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI and data concepts such as data quality and preparation
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track action items and write clear MOMs, trackers and status reports
