About this role
State Street's Global Technology Services team supports the bank's data and insight delivery to clients, and this apprenticeship sits within it at the Hyderabad and Bangalore offices. The apprentice combines on-the-job training with mentoring and development programs. Day to day, the work centres on analysing operational data, supporting dashboards and reporting, and coordinating with different stakeholder groups. It also involves documenting processes and preparing presentations and recommendations for senior audiences. What you'll do
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support governance processes, dashboards and reporting
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Document processes, readiness assessments and operational procedures
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports and recommendations
- Track actions, risks, dependencies and program milestones
What you need
- B.Tech degree or equivalent or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint and modern AI productivity tools
- Knowledge of data analytics, macros and visualization or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
